This Week’s Back Workout

In my mission to help as many people discover their strength, I will be posting a collection of free workouts for you to utilize and enjoy. Let’s get stronger together!

Remember to warm up properly before every workout. I generally keep the warmup simple and around 8 minutes. Usually, a couple of minutes of rowing or biking followed by a variety of body-weight exercises (air squats, push-ups, ring rows, etc.)

Workout:

Superset:

Sumo Deadlift: 6 – 6 – 6 – 6

Scap-pullups: 10-15 reps after each set.

Superset:

Romanian Deadlift: 10 – 10 – 10 – 10

Dumbbell Upright Row: 12 – 12 – 12 – 12 

Superset:

Single-arm Ring Row (10/per side): 10 – 10 – 10

Push-ups: 20 – 20 – 20

Core:

Sit-ups: 20 – 20 – 20 – 20
