Strengthen Body

In my mission to help as many people discover their strength, I will be posting a collection of free workouts for you to utilize and enjoy. Let’s get stronger together!

Remember to warm up properly before every workout. I generally keep the warmup simple and around 8 minutes. Usually, a couple of minutes of rowing or biking followed by a variety of body-weight exercises (air squats, push-ups, ring rows, etc.)

Workout:

Straight Set:

Close Grip Bench Press (hands just inside the knurling): 4 – 4 – 4 – 4

Superset:

Weighted Pull-ups: 6 – 6 – 6 – 6 (add weight if possible otherwise go unweighted or use a band for assistance)

Dumbbell Overhead Press: 8 – 8 – 8 – 8 

Superset:

Double Dumbbell Bent Over Rows: 10 – 10 – 10

Incline Dumbbell Bench Press: 10 – 10 – 10 – 10

Core Finisher:

Hanging Knee Raises: 20 – 20 – 20 – 20
