It’s so easy always to chase the new shiny object (new car, clothes, vacation, or house) we believe these things will bring us the peace and satisfaction we are seeking. Only to realize the satisfaction is fleeting and before long we are looking for the next thing, ultimately leading to constant dissatisfaction. It’s not the things outside of ourselves that will bring the freedom and peace we seek. It’s finding solace in our minds and with ourselves. Spend some time in stillness, sitting quietly for 5-10 minutes a day or journaling. See what comes up and what is it you are truly seeking for happiness. Single-arm Ring Row (10/per side): 10 – 10 – 10

Push-ups: 20 – 20 – 20

Core:

Sit-ups: 20 – 20 – 20 – 20
