Strengthen Body and Mind

I love this quote from Marcus Aurelius. Today is all we have, yesterday is gone and tomorrow isn’t guaranteed. What are we waiting for? The time is now, start today working towards that goal you have. Find one thing you can do today to move the needle in the right direction. Then do it again tomorrow building momentum, and find a way to set aside even thirty minutes daily to work towards your goal or vision of your desired life. Every day is a new opportunity to get one step closer.

Workout of the Week

Close Grip Bench Press (hands just inside the knurling): 4 – 4 – 4 – 4

Superset:

Weighted Pull-ups: 6 – 6 – 6 – 6 (add weight if possible otherwise go unweighted or use a band for assistance)

Dumbbell Overhead Press: 8 – 8 – 8 – 8 

Superset:

Double Dumbbell Bent Over Rows: 10 – 10 – 10

Incline Dumbbell Bench Press: 10 – 10 – 10 – 10

Core:

Hanging Knee Raises: 20 – 20 – 20 – 20
