Stoic Strength Series Week 4

Strengthen Body and Mind
Welcome to The Stoic Strength Series, where each week, I’ll be sharing a complimentary workout alongside a dose of Stoic wisdom to kickstart your week. The featured workout is one I’ll personally be tackling, and I encourage you to join in and give it your all! I recommend doing some journaling or meditating on the weekly Stoic quote, using it as a way to think differently or shift perspective. If feasible, find a friend or two for the workouts to infuse your routine with fun and social connection. For more check out my Instagram at Real Life Strength .
