Workout of the Week
Straight Set:
Sumo Deadlift: 10 – 8 – 6 – 6
Superset:
Single-arm Dumbbell Row: 10 – 10 – 10 – 10 (10 per arm)
Bulgarian Split Squats: 10/10/10/10 (5 per leg)
Superset:
Strict Chin-ups: 10 – 10 – 10 (sub with lat pull-down)
Elevated Heel Goblet Squats: 15 – 15 – 15
Core:
Hanging Knee Raises: 20 – 20 – 20
