Welcome to the Stoic Strength Series, where each week, I’ll be sharing a complimentary workout alongside a dose of Stoic wisdom to kickstart your week. The featured workout is one I’ll personally be tackling, and I encourage you to join in and give it your all! I recommend doing some journaling or meditating on the weekly Stoic quote, using it as a way to think differently or shift perspective. If feasible, find a friend or two for the workouts to infuse your routine with fun and social connection.

Superset:

Front Squat: 8 – 6 – 6 – 4

Dumbbell Romanian Deadlift: 12 – 10 – 10 – 8

Superset:

Arnold Press: 10 – 8 – 8 – 6

Barbell Curls: 12 – 10 – 10 – 8

Superset:

Concentration Curls: 10 – 10 – 10 (10 for each arm)

Supported Lateral Rear Raise: 10 – 10 – 10

Superset:

Farmer Carry: 100 meters x3

Dips: To Failure x3
